What website chatbots actually cost

Every figure on these pages was transcribed from the vendor’s own published pricing page on 13 August 2026, and is quoted in the unit that vendor uses. Sources are linked on each page so you can check us rather than trust us.

Units differ between vendors — credits, conversations, tickets and resolutions are not messages. Every figure below is quoted in the unit its vendor uses, with a link to the page it came from.

For reference, Eteon Starter is ₹2,999 / month for 20,000 messages about $34 / month at ₹87 to the dollar — with no per-seat fee and no per-resolution fee.

The comparisons

Why the gap is that large

A fair question, and one worth answering rather than dodging: a price that low usually means something has been left out.

Two things account for most of it. The first is the meter. Per-seat and per-resolution pricing were designed around human support teams, where every extra conversation genuinely costs a salary. Charging the same way for AI means the customer pays more precisely when the automation works — so the price stops tracking the cost.

The second is that we spent real effort on the token cost of a conversation rather than passing it on. A single chat used to cost us roughly six times what it now does, after the prompt was rebuilt around what actually gets billed. That work is why 20,000 messages at ₹2,999 is a sustainable price rather than a loss-leader we will withdraw later.

Build a bot on your own website and ask it the questions your customers actually ask. That settles it faster than any table.
